Before you ask — the short version.
How does the 30-day pilot work?
We provision your company and one vessel by hand, usually within a business day. Your Captain gets an invite email, crew join with a code, and everything is fully unlocked — no card, no auto-charge at the end.
What happens if we don't convert?
The account goes read-only. Nothing is deleted — every attempt and score stays in place, and you can convert to a paid subscription at any time afterward.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes, for fleets — contact onboarding@seadrillmate.com and we'll set up invoice billing manually.
What if a payment fails?
You get a 14-day grace period with reminders to update your card before the account goes read-only. Nothing is lost.
Is the mobile app free to download?
Yes. The app is login-only and never contains a purchase flow — billing lives entirely here, on the website.
